This episode of Ducktales s a family episode that shows off the bonds between parent and child; or parent figure and child. Or in the case of Doofus Drake, the lack of one.
I have been having a blast writing about the different fan works for Star vs. The Forces of Evil this week. Even if people don’t read them now, it’s been as fun writing about these works as it was reading them. This next one, though, is going to be darker than any of the other ones I’ve done. Marco Diaz becomes an unlikely hero in The Royal Protector.
All rights to this story go to ADdude, Daron Nefcy, and Disney. ADdude, I love your story.
Today’s fanwork, Like Father, Like Daughter, asks two things: what if the status quo didn’t go back to normal, and what if Star came a few seconds later?
Hey everyone, Jay here with a special announcement. As you know, I’ve been busy lately with my posts on Amphibia and Sword Art Online. Now that at they’re done for … Continue Reading A Week of Star
I’m going to keep this introduction brief as I want to dive right into the season one finale of Amphibia. The opening season saw Anne grow from being an outcast into Wartwood’s protector and hero. The reunion of Anne and Sasha, though, will be one of the toughest moments of the girl’s life.
Anne’s journey in Amphibia is about to take a drastic turn in this episode as she becomes Frog of the Year. First, though, a scary story!
It’s nice to see a show take the time it needs to round out its secondary cast, but it shouldn’t lose focus on the main character. In this episode of Amphibia, we first see Anne show off some mad skills while learning valuable lessons about teamwork and effort.
We only have three episodes left in the first season of Amphibia, and the show’s covered almost every primary and secondary character on the show. They even covered Wally in that awesome Moss Man episode. The only one left to get time in the spotlight is Maddie, the baker’s daughter that got engaged to Sprig. Since Sprig likes Ivy, though, he’s been avoiding Maddie. Time for an awkward break-up and curse!
Amphibia Episode 16 Review/Recap We are sixteen episodes into Amphibia’s first season, with only a single week of episodes left. The show’s done a good job at building the relationships … Continue Reading What Is the Calamity Box?
This episode of Amphibia dives into its inner Gravity Falls, and I love it!
Snow day+frogs= Frogcicles on the newest episode of Amphibia. That, and Mrs. Croaker is the Grunkle Stan of the show.
Amphibia, episode 13 Review/Recap No matter how much Sprig may have matured in the first season thanks to Anne, he’s still a kid. Like any kid, or person in general, … Continue Reading Sprig Messes Up Twice
This episode of Amphibia’s all about conflict. For eons, people have fought each other over every idea or belief imaginable. As Anne and Hop Pop learn in this episode, sometimes conflict occurs because of something important, like politics. Conflict can also occur over something stupid like shipping.
After the events of the last episode, I was a little upset to go back to the story of the day format. Then I remembered to give Amphibia time to get there. This episode, though, answers an important question: how cute would a grubhog look like?
In today’s episode of Amphibia, Anne put’s her pride on the line for her family’s Thai cooking, while Hop Pop goes Grunkle Stan to save his stand.
