The Other Monster Love Characters

I finally reach the end of my character analysis for Hippie’s Monster Love series. Here I talk about most of the other characters found in this fanfic.

Star the Monster Princess vs. The Forces of Evil

For the second part of my Monster Love character analysis, I look at Star the Monster Princess and its main characters, Star and Marco

Moon and Monsters of Mewni

I’ve had so much fun reading Hippie’s Monster Love series, I decided to do a character analysis of his stories. First is Moon and Monsters!

The Force is With Us This December

My Plans for December 2019 Thanksgiving Day’s behind us and we survived Black Friday; and I hope the Force was with you if you went shopping. Now the holiday season’s … Continue Reading The Force is With Us This December

Old Western Stand-Off, Star Wars Style

When the Mandalorian tries to find refuge for Baby Yoda, he gets involved in an Old Western Stand-Off to save a village from raiders.

That Is the Mando Way

Star Wars, The Mandalorian, Episode 3 Review If there’s one thing newcomers to Star Wars need to know about the Mandalorians, it’s that they’re a warrior people. They’re some of … Continue Reading That Is the Mando Way

The Mandalorian

The Mandalorian Starts With a Bang

Ever since Disney bought Lucasfilms, and with it, Star Wars, I’ve kept a skeptical eye on where the company takes the franchise. Then they axed the Expanded Universe and thirty plus years of extra content that they’ve yet to make up for. They may have given us Thrawn back, but I won’t be satisfied until I see the return of Revan! However, I think Disney’s starting to step up, and a big example would be the new show, The Mandalorian.

The Big Three Join Streaming Wars

For an entire generation of kids, the Big Three of animation were the ones who made the best cartoons on TV. As a result, the news of the trio joining the streaming wars was big news on social media. As a fan of shows made by all three of these entities, I couldn’t resist giving my two cents. So, I’ll be giving my thoughts and opinions on each company, their streaming service, and how I think they’ll do.

Gravity Falls Summerween

I’ve waited to use Gravity Falls for my month of Halloween, and now seems like the best possible time to do so. While the entire series is perfect for a Halloween binge-watching, there are two episodes that are actually Halloween specials. In the first one, the Pines Twins discover the Gravity Falls Tradition of Summerween.

Darth Sidious, his Dark Empire, and his new apprentice

The Time Darth Sidious Did Come Back

Some people may wonder how Darth Sidious can come back from the dead. Here’s the story of how he did come back in the Expanded Universe

The Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow

The Legend of Sleepy Hollow

Of all the versions of the Legend of Sleepy Hollow out there, I think my favorite has to be the 1949 Disney version. I can’t help but love it!

The Owl House

Welcome to the Owl House

This year at NYCC, Disney fans got a first look at their upcoming cartoon, Owl House. From what’s been shown, it’s a cross between Gravity Falls and Star vs The Forces of Evil. I may not bet at NYCC, but that’s not stopping me from giving my thoughts on this new show!

South Park

Tegridy Farms Lacks Integrity

Last week’s season premiere had a good premise, but it got mired in its confusing messages, and two plots that barely connected to each other. This week saw South Park focus bash on one thing, though: China censorship’s. It helped the episode have a more cohesive plot.

Spider-Man is Back, Baby!

Did you guys hear the big news? Spider-Man gets to stay in the MCU

DuckTales

Moonvasion Ends a Season of DuckTales

This season of DuckTales has had its ups and downs, but in the final act, they managed to rally. While the whole “Moonvasion” thing seems a little stupid, it’s true purpose shines through in the season finale: giving the fans the kind of epic adventure we’d expect from the show. We get a who’s who as many of the show’s characters rally together as the Duck Family faces their biggest challenge yet!

Beware the Bombie!

DuckTales Season 2, Episode 23 Review/Recap While I enjoy most of the stories from this season of DuckTales, I think this week’s batch of new episodes are among its best. … Continue Reading Beware the Bombie!
